Seth Wilson’s legal practice focuses primarily on estate planning, business succession planning, and serving as general counsel for businesses, including commercial litigation.
He also has experience with personal injury litigation.
Seth has taught as an Adjunct Professor with the IU School of Informatics and Computing at IUPUI since 2014. He also teaches as an Adjunct Professor with Grace College’s MBA Program.
Mr. Wilson has spoken for many continuing legal education seminars and writes a regular column in The Indiana Lawyer.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications and Journalism, with a Pre-Law minor, from Taylor University and went on to earn his law degree from Regent University, serving as Editor-in-Chief of Law Review.
He lives in Noblesville with his wife and children and is a Member of Hamilton Hills Church in Fishers, Indiana.
